Shepherd's Dilemma

A shepherd has a piece of land upon which he builds his house right in the middle. He then divides the land  into EIGHT square enclosures using strong wooden fences.

In each enclosure he puts FIVE sheep to graze happily. Making FORTY sheep in all.

His house, right in the middle of the field, has a window on each side. Every time the shepherd looks out of the window he can see THREE enclosures and FIFTEEN sheep.

And this makes him happy to see fifteen sheep every time he looks from a different window.

One day a friend gives him another sheep as a birthday present.

He now has FORTY ONE sheep ... but Oh the sadness it brings.

The shepherd still wants to count FIFTEEN sheep each time he looks out of a window. Where can he possibly put the new sheep?

He CANNOT put him in the middle where his house is. His wife does not allow sheep in the home.

He CANNOT move any of the fences or change the shape of the enclosures. This costs too much.

He CANNOT kill and eat the new sheep, or sell it, or get rid of it or any other sheep.

He will still have FORTY ONE sheep grazing happily in EIGHT enclosures. And he will still be able to look out of a window on each side of the house and see THREE enclosures containing a total of FIFTEEN sheep on each side of his house

Can you help him divide his FORTY ONE sheep into EIGHT enclosures and still satisfy his wish to see FIFTEEN sheep from each side of his house?
